Items are made from 100% natural and pure amber without any other impurities like plastic.

What are shipping options?
Mr. Amber shipping options:

• DHL Express (Strongly recommended)!
• International 1st priority Air Mail with Tracking number included. 

If You can't find right shipping choice, just contact Mister Amber and he will find a solution for You!

Can I return my item? 
We accept returns in 14 days after receiving (unfortunately Mr. Amber do not pay for return shipping)! Item must be unused, not damaged and in condition as it arrived.

What to do if items arrived damaged?
Contact Mr. Amber as fast as possible! He will work with you to solve the issue by a refund, new item delivery or anything you will workout together.

How can I pay?
Mister Amber accepts almost all payment options which is: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and other. If you can't find a way to pay, contact Mr. Amber and he will find a way for You!

Can I get a discount for buying more then one item?
