Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. Every item is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping rates

• Lithuania: standard delivery — free; DHL Express — €15.
• Europe: orders of €100 and over — free DHL Express delivery. Orders under €100 — free registered priority mail with tracking, or DHL Express for €20.
• Rest of the world: orders of €250 and over — free DHL Express delivery. Orders under €250 — DHL Express for €25.

Delivery times: DHL Express typically delivers within 2–4 business days worldwide. Registered priority mail within Europe usually takes 5–14 business days depending on the destination.

Customs & import duties: orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
